About Real Estate Grants

my husband and I are trying to puchase 4+acres that has a one room schoolhouse on it . We would like to restore the schoolhouse which was built in 1807.Where can I find a grant for this purpose? Also any grant that would help with buying of the property would also be helpful. Thank You , julie

I am a disabled veteran recently retired by the Army and wheelchair bound for life. I'm trying to find any information I can on government or private grants to help me purchase land and build a home for my family and myself. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy land and then build a home; I can only do one or the other. I'm looking for a grant to purchase land so that I can then build a home, or I can purchase the land and then need a grant to build the home.

I've searched countless websites with no luck and I am now at my wits end. Any information that can help is greatly apreciated.
