About Real Estate Grants

Hi,

I am 23 and a single mom of two.  I just want to provide structure for them by having our own place to live.  I am looking for a grant to buy a mobile home in my town.  How do I go about doing this?

I need help with getting a grant or loan to purchase a home.  I have a mentally ill child & I cannot work due to the fact that I have to remain home with her.  We are in an awful area & sometimes she runs outside into the street not knowing to look for cars.  Having my own home at 42 would make me feel a little more hopeful in life, especially if it were in a safer area.  I am desperate.  Any help I would so appreciate it.  Tks.

I am a 32 year old single mother of three little girls.  I attend college full time as well as work full time. I am trying to get a grant to buy a home for me and my girls because right now we are stuffed like sardines in a two bedroom moble home that is falling apart. Does anyone have any advice?

hi, i am looking for mortgage refinancing, but of course it is very difficult when the value of the house is less than what total amount of morgage owned.

is there any mortgage comapnies or else can refinance my mortgage? never missed or late payments.

Our next door neighbor just lost her husband suddenly.  He was the only income winner aside from her on-call +/-10 hours/week job.  Since he had been out of work for nearly a year after his company went belly up, they had no current life insurance.  Mortage insurance had been elliminated as a cost cutting measure for them to get by.  Now, the family's first concern is finding a way to keep her and her two grade school-aged children in their home.  Extended family on both sides have exhausted all their financial resources supporting them while he was out of work.  Any suggestions as to which government grants or similar assistance we can direct her towards?

I am single mom , 2 kids, very involved in agriculture in a rural town. I currently rent 10 acres w/ water rights. It has been up for sale- cash only (because the mobile does not have a foundation it wont qualify for conventional loan)

I love my neighborhood & don't want to move again- I've moved 5 times since divorce.My kids and I are settled. I have been trying to get funding for the last year

 I am also native american

Since divorce I paid  off $30 k in debts accumulated by spouse in my name.I have good credit and qualify for regular loans but they won't touch a land only sales.

Do you know of any rural grants or loans that will help me purchase this property? I won't give up.

I think you can get a grant to restore an old listed building and you should qualify for a mortgage  as a veteran.

im34 and ive been trying everything to get help with my mortgage payments the grant offers are nice but you need a credit or debit card to even pay a two dollar shipping fee.  i was close to foreclosure once already was able to catch up almost all of it because my wife and i were both working at the same time long story short we have been cut i pay drasticly im only 2500 dollars away from cathing up on my mortgage but ive recently had a bankruptcy have poor credit and cant seem to get any help  i have tried everything does any one no somethig i dont on how to get help

 currently run/own a business that I know very little about due to the fact that my boyfriend went to jail and has been in there since Nov. 07., and I did not want him to lose everything. I am willing to get training and anything necessary to make this work. I am about to lose my home, car and shop if I can't get some type of assistance/grant. Hello My name is Yana. I am a single mother. I have two children and they are living with me. In 2006 life was wonderful. My little condo was paid off. My daughter and I made a descion to go into a business. Long story short, it was a ''franchise'' Chain of restaurants which is losing money. We did not know what we got into. We turned the Franchisor into the police and an investigation is currently in progress.

In the meantime I am trying to survive...

The credit cards, plus too high mortgage, plus cost of living.

I am trying to stay on top of everything.

I am a sales person and I am on commisions only as of now.

It will take some time to build up a normal lifestyle for us.

If anybody here with a good advise, business offer or help I will acccept it.

my husband and I are trying to puchase 4+acres that has a one room schoolhouse on it . We would like to restore the schoolhouse which was built in 1807.Where can I find a grant for this purpose? Also any grant that would help with buying of the property would also be helpful. Thank You , julie

I'm trying to find any information I can on government or private grants to help me purchase land and build a home for my family and myself. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy land and then build a home; I can only do one or the other.
